Selain dari prestasi yang mengagumkan, para penunggang juga akan tertawan dengan ciri-ciri terkini dan canggih yang menjadikan Suzuki Belang R150 sungguh selesa ditunggangi. Sebuah enjin 150cc yang berkuasa, transmisi 6 kelajuan yang lancar, sistem penyejukan SACS Suzuki dan banyak lagi ciri-ciri berinovasi membolehkan Suzuki Belang R150 mengatasi saingan dalam kategorinya.
DOHC / 4-Injap
Prestasi hebat Suzuki Belang R150 dihasilkan oleh enjin 150cc jenis DOHC dengan 4-Injap. “Double Overhead Camshafts” (DOHC) dan 4-injap adalah konfigurasi biasa untuk enjin yang digunakan untuk motosikal sport berprestasi tinggi. Konfigurasi jenis ini jauh lebih lancar apabila beroperasi pada kelajuan RPM enjin yang tinggi, bagi menghasilkan kuasa maksima dan juga penggunaan bahanapi yang optima.
Transmisi 6 Kelajuan
Untuk memastikan bahawa keseluruhan kuasa dan tork enjin 150cc ini dapat digunakan secara efektif, ianya dilengkapi dengan transmisi 6 kelajuan dengan pilihan nisbah gear yang menjaminkan cara tunggangan yang sportif namun lancar dalam pelbagai keadaan jalan dengan kelajuan maksima lebih tinggi.
Penyejukan Udara Dengan Teknologi SACS

Teknologi SACS ataupun Suzuki Advanced Cooling System berfungsi dengan menyembur minyak secara terus pada bahagian bawah omboh untuk penyejukan yang lebih efektif. Minyak ini akan disejukkan dengan mengunakan sebuah radiator penyejukan minyak untuk menghasilkan suhu operasi optima.
SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material)
Silinder aluminium dilapisi bahan yang nipis tetapi amat kuat ini.
SCEM membolehkan penghasilan enjin yang lebih ringan serta
lebih efisyen dalam pengurangan suhu enjin.

Suspensi Monoshock
Sesuai dengan pelbagai keadaan jalan serta memberi

Brek Cakera Depan Lebih Besar
Walaupun cakera brek berukuran 290mm untuk lebih kuasa hentian,
namun ianya tetap ringan dengan rekabentuk garispusat yang dikosongkan.
Brek Cakera Belakang Kompak
Brek jenis ‘racing’ ini mampu memberi daya kuasa hentian lebih sempurna.

Panel Meter Dinamik Dengan Skrin LCD
Suzuki Belang R150 dilengkapi dengan Speedometer Digital LCD yang senang dibaca, dan sebuah takometer analog yang besar dan bergaya sama seperti motosikal sports mewah Suzuki GSX-R1000.
Sistem “Suzuki Drive Mode Switch (SDMS)”
Sebuah sistem unik yang mempunyai 3 pilihan mod tunggangan yang dapat dipilih secara bergilir. Mod-mod ini adalah mod tunggangan biasa, mod tunggangan ekonomi dan mod tunggangan kuasa.
Mod Tunggangan Biasa -Mod ini adalah mod tunggangan biasa yang tidak mengutamakan ekonomi ataupun kuasa dan tidak menunjukkan tanda ECO / PWR.
Mod Tunggangan Ekonomi (ECO) - Mod ini digunakan untuk menyelaras penggunaan petrol pada kadar yang paling menjimatkan. Lampu penunjuk akan menyala secara otomatik bagi menandakan bahawa revolusi enjin berada pada tahap optima untuk penjimatan petrol.
Mod Tunggangan Power (PWR) - Mod ini digunakan untuk tunggangan agresif. Lampu penunjuk akan menyala secara otomatik bagi menandakan bahawa revolusi enjin berada pada tahap optima untuk daya kuasa pecutan maksima.

DOHC / 4-Valves
At the heart of the Suzuki Belang R150’s class-leading performance is its 150cc, DOHC, 4-Valve engine. Double Overhead Camshafts (DOHC) and 4 valves is the most common configuration for engines used on high performance sports bikes. This type of configuration offers extra smoothness of operation at high RPM, for maximum power and yet excellent fuel efficiency.
6-Speed Transmission
To make effective use of the 150cc engine’s abundant power and torque, the Suzuki Belang R150 is equipped with a 6-speed transmission with gear ratios carefully selected for a dynamic sports-riding experience and smooth going in a wide range of road and traffic conditions, as well as a higher top speed.
Air-Cooled With SACS Technology
SACS or Suzuki Advanced Cooling System technology, sprays oil directly onto the underside of the piston to obtain extra cooling capacity. This oil is in turn cooled using a large oil-cooling radiator to maintain optimum operating temperatures.
SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material)
Instead of the conventional cast-iron liner for the cylinder, the aluminium cylinder bore is coated with Suzuki’s Composite Electrochemical Material. This thin yet very strong material allows the creation of a much lighter and more compact engine. It also dissipates heat more efficiently.
Monoshock Suspension
Monoshock suspension system caters to the varying road conditions
and lends a sporty feel.
Extra Large Front Disk Brake

if u can remember hurricane, how can u not remember suzuki RC sprinter which is a few years before hurricane?
So hurricane is not the 1st underbone with full fork, naked style in the Msian market.
Yesterday is the media launch, but suzuki marketing is kinda slow, today no news at all in major papers, no advertisement as well. The dealers in KL still can't confirm the exact price because suzuki haven't fax them the price list. Don't even mention about their website, don't know when they will update. Should send these comments to the japanese boss yesterday.

malaysians macam sampah kena beli motor yang dah basi di ASEAN
anyway, IMHO suzuki sepatutnya terus convert Belang utk guna coverset kapcai yang org malaysia minat - ada kepuk (leg shield) dan lain-lain. dan harga sama dgn LC. legenda RG akan kembali.

I own a belang r150. I've try test with lc135 and fz150i. Lc standard top speed 133km/h. Fz150i standard top speed similar with lc135. I'm 62kg personnel. I try pickup test with lc standard and fz150i. The rider of both bikes are lighter then me. Both bikes can't beat belang r150. My bike belang r150 standard top speed is 146km/h. Lc135 accelerate 0-100km/h in 8.6sec. Fz150i accelerate 0-100km/h in 7.9sec. Belang r150 accelerate 0-100km/h in 5.7sec. We dicided for a race and test it for insure which bike is speedest. At last we conclute suzuki belang r150 is the winner. Lastly belang is prove, he is the 4 stroke king of underbone. "Hyper in underbone"
